2. What data we process
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times. They are recorded by the hosting server for the operation and security of the site.
- Data you provide when you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Booking data: entered in the online booking system form (see below), not on our website.

4. Who we share data with
- WuBook, provider of the booking engine, which processes the data entered in the form.
- iGuide, provider of the 3D virtual tour, loaded only when you start the tour.
- host.it, the site’s hosting provider.
- Meta (WhatsApp), if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp.
- Authorities and advisers, when required by law.
Data is neither disclosed publicly nor sold. Any transfers outside the EU by providers: to be verified.
5. How long we keep it
Messages and requests for as long as needed to reply and to manage the stay; accounting and tax data for the periods required by law; server logs for a limited period. Exact periods to be confirmed.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@hoteltiffanymilano.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
